One injured as suspected terrorists open fire at Agricultural Directorate in Peshawar – Pakistan

One person was injured on Friday when armed men opened fire at the Agriculture Directorate located in front of Peshawar University, DawnNews reported.

At least, three burqa-clad suspects had entered the Directorate and opend fire, security sources said.

Shortly after the firing started, a heavy contingent of police was called in and the surrounding area was cordoned off.

Army personnel also arrived at the site of the firing.

The university had remained closed today as the country celebrates Eid Miladun Nabi.
